Believers have been advised to ensure that they work towards having enough financial resources so as to be able to reach every nook and cranny of the globe with the good news of Jesus Christ.
SWIndependentnews.com.ng reports that this admonition was given by the Global Lead Pastor of SPAC Nation, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega while speaking during the service of the ministry themed “Generational Seeds.”

The service which was beamed to the audience all over the world via the ministry’s YouTube channel and other social media outlets saw Pastor Tobi express his mind without holding back.
He challenged the African Church to quit waiting on God to do what he has empowered them to do, adding that doing so only makes them slaves of “fake, unrealistic hope.”
“Religion messes up the mind via the illusion it creates. It mostly prevents believers from breaking out of the cocoon and taking action. The African Church, particularly in Nigeria has this way of interpreting everything in a manner that leaves them at the mercy of those who have the money. How do you spread the gospel without money?”
He challenged Christians to get up and follow the divine compass which will lead them to where the resources they need for propagating the good news are, instead of waiting for miraculous money that will never come.
According to PT, Jesus ministry would have been dead on arrival had there been no partners who gave their all and went from place to place with him.
“Luke 8 tells us about eight women who always travelled with Jesus. They gave their all and were the bedrock for the emergence of the disciples. They were neither ushers nor choristers, they were people who gave their materials and all they had to Jesus and His ministry.”
Pastor Tobi said the eight women supported the ministry of Jesus with their resources by adding their money to His wisdom which broadcast The Message far and wide.
Responding to people who were against prosperity messages in the body of Christ, Pastor Tobi took a jab at them for being hypocritical.
“Money is a defence just as wisdom is. You cannot defend a doctrine without money. You cannot change the world with your apostolic message without money. In fact, a Church that avoids talking about money is only dancing to the tune of a fake world.”
“Politicians don’t want us to talk about money in Church but they spread their messages with money. Imagine the irony, imagine the hypocrisy.”
Quoting from several versions of Ecclesiastes 7:12, the preacher of the word added that wisdom without money is useless and charged followers of Christ to sow seeds of generational wealth that would make it easy to continue to spread the good news at all times.
“Most of the early revivals in Christendom were defenceless because there was no money to back them up. Unfortunately, many believers of then fed their flock the lie that money was not important. It is a wrong assumption that we should not speak about money in Church.”
Calling on religious leaders to have a change of heart concerning the old things they had fed themselves, Pastor Tobi said the kind of messages they have preached about money is responsible for the departure of many youths of the new generation, from the Church.
“The fact that the gospel is not taking the heart of our young ones is because they see the money elsewhere. Psalm 112 has the covenant and seeds that lead to generational wealth which will make Christians relevant in the new world order.”
