Delta State Police Command has on Friday declared arrest of two suspected Cultists over killing of German Enameg.
SWIndependentnews.com.ng reports that the Delta State Police operatives in Delta State has declared arrest of two cultists for their alleged involvement in the killing of German Enameg at Iwhrepokpor Community, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
The development according to the State Police Command scribe, Deputy Suprintendent of Police, DSP. Bright Edafe who gave the names of the suspects as Timothy Ononeme aged 35yrs, of Imowhe Ekiugbo Ughelli North and one Junior Ogboso of Ogheneweta Street Ughelli.
Edafe said the suspects were arrested when a combined team of security agencies raided a criminal hideout, maintaining that Commander Ughelli detailed a combined team of Police operatives/vigilante groups and raided  suspected hideout of cultists.
He said preliminary investigations revealed that  the suspects are allegedly responsible for the killing of one German Enameg a.k.a Believe who was murdered in front of his wife shop  on the 25/6/2021 at Iwhrepokpor Community Ughelli North LGA.
Edafe further revealed that the suspects killed the deceased due to an raging leadership tussle in the confraternity.
He further disclosed that one of the suspects, Timothy confessed to be leader of supreme Vikings confraternity in Ughelli.
Exhibits recovered from the suspects included a local made pistol, and four live cartridges.
