Hon. Kunle Yusuff has charged social media influencers to propagate Makinde’s achievements.

 

9Janewshub.com.ng reports that the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Hon. Kunle Yussuf MON has charged the social media influencers in the state to make use of their status in projecting all the achievements of the state governor.

Hon. Yusuff maintained that social media has over the time become a vital tools that people make use in projecting their vision, missions, aims and objectives, principals, products or services to the masses.

 

Yusuff while briefing social media influencers present at the interactive workshop said, “Social media is part of us, it’s best and high time we started considering how best we can use it in projecting achievements of Governor Makinde and how best we can use it to drive our vision.

Speaking on Makinde’s achievements in his constituency, Akinyele/Lagelu stressed, the Governor has done more than enough for the people of Akinyele through various infrastructural projects.In his analysis, Hon. Yussuf maintained that Governor Makinde has approved the Akingbile/Lagbe to Ajibode road, noting that the project is ongoing, he also mentioned Moniya to Iseyin road, Ultra modern motor park at Ojoo roundabout along Moniya, Amotekun Office at Moniya among others in less than his three years in office.

He noted that Makinde deserve a well social media projection for his excellent performances in governance within his short period in office.

He charged the influencers who are mostly from Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency on the need to wake up and step up their projection on social media for their various targeted audiences in order for people to know that Governor is doing his best for the state, in term of health, education, infrastructure and security.He said, “It is high time we work harder to project the power we have in our hands because the oppositions are also working tirelessly in seeing that we don’t return government at the forthcoming general elections, meanwhile we have advantage over them because we have more than enough projects that we can project for people and these are visible projects that our Governor has embacked upon since assumption into office as the Governor of the state.”Social media has become a hub for a serious business where we can use to project our principals, products, and ourselves, please project Seyi Makinde and his achievements.” Kunle Yussuf said.

The two keynote speakers at the interactive workshop, Mr. Segun Kehinde and Mr. Frank emphasized on the importance of social media and how it can be adopted in projecting ones principals and products.

Hon. Kunle Yusuff also used the workshop to remind the influencers about his ambition to represent his constituency at the Federal level.

He said, “You can imagine since all these years, our Honourable has succeeded in presenting just four Bills and he has not been able to bring any meaningful development to the people of his constituency, that is bad representation, I’m ready to serve my people at the Federal level because I have the experience and currently I’m serving as a senior special assistant to Governor Makinde this shows that the experience is there to serve my people better if I have the chance, I promise my people good representation of I have the opportunity to represent them at the Federal level.

“So as our social media influencers when you’re projecting the achievements of our principal, which is Governor Seyi Makinde, also don’t forget to project my interest and ambition to serve my people of Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, for I, Hon. Kunle Yussuf MON, promised a better representation. He said.
